our files and computers is protected. Members will always have access to their
information and are strongly encouraged to advise us to update our records as
necessary and we will make those changes in a timely manner.

EZ Sales Info will limit employee access to personally
identifiable information to those with a business reason for knowing such
information. EZ Sales Info employees will be educated to
understand the importance of confidentiality and member privacy. If a EZ Sales Info
employee violates this confidentiality, appropriate disciplinary actions will
be enforced.

EZ Sales Info works diligently to maintain appropriate security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to member

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
EZ Sales Info will not reveal member information to third
parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of information with
reputable reporting agencies. Exceptions to this policy would be to assist in
the completion of a member initiated transaction, the member requests it, we
are legally required to do so (i.e subpoena, investigation of fraudulent
activity, etc.), or if the member has been informed about the possibility of
such disclosure for marketing or similar purposes through a prior
communication.
