EZ Sales Info - FAQ's

Yes the Advanced Reports Section (For Advanced Subscribers) allows data exports for sales data.  The data can be exported in  Excel format.

Yes you can request  by using the contact link on the main page etther:

1. 13" x 19" Full Color  $9.95 each.

2. 20" x 30" Full Color  $19.95 each

3. E Size 34" x 44" Full Color Prints $29.95 each

Subdivision maps are available from the main page under the Forms menu on EzSalesInfo.com.  From there select the area of the county you live in and print the PDF map.  Then, using the map, locate your subdivision and find the correct syntax to enter in the Short Legal search( Subdivision Search)  in the Advanced Search or Reports section or the web site.

Charlotte Subdivisions are described in the short legal protion of the tax data.  For example there are many Port Charlotte Subdivisions(PCH)  so you add the sub section and it would look like PCH 095 with a space between PCH and 095.  Some subdivisions only require the first three characters like Rotunda White Marsh (rwm) and Point of Pines (POP).

Once the sales map has been created showing all sales in a given area, you can drag the cursor over the sale icon in question.  Sales will reveal an information note with sales information pertaining to that sale when the mouse is over the sale icon. The same will occur when the sale icon is clicked,

Reports can be printed using the "Advanced Reports" tab in the advanced search section of the web site.

On every page at the top right of the screen is a contact us link..  Please leave you Email address  and you will be contacted with resolution progress.

Each County is updated at least once every month with some being updated as frequently as daily.

If you are going to buy a home, sell a home or refinance your home you should know what recent sales are in your neighborhood.  You can make sure that all the important sales are used to evaluate the property of interest.  The advanced search can be used to refine your view of similar properties.

MLS Areas are created by your local real estate professionals.  These areas are designated and outlined on local street maps provided by real estate offices in your area. Use the menu link (Forms) on the main page for MLS Maps created by EzSalesInfo.

You will be able to follow the latest sales trends by county, city, zipcode  and MLS area.  Several other features are available to allow you to decide what the market is doing.  Link below (For Internet Explorer Only) outlines many of the features associated with the Advanced Search subscription.

All report data exports are Excel files with an extension of .xls.  In order for you to save the exported data on your local drive your file association must be set to confirm the download.  Once this is set properly you will be given the opportunity to save the file to your local machine.

You should use EzSalesInfo.com to gain the most recent sales FACTS in your neighborhood, with no strings attached.  Your registration information goes to EzSalesInfo and no one else.

The short answer is yes.  For the Counties that have them mapped you will have "Advanced Search" access with location maps like all other sales.  In those Counties that do not have them mapped, we will provide the condo sales data in the yearly summary reports   for the entire county .

This is not an appraisal site an will not estimate a value for your property.  This site will show you the most current sales information (FACTS) for similar properties in your neighborhood.  With this information you can more effectively assess the value issue when appraised by a professional.
